The History of Chinese American Food

In the following video lecture from the TED Talks series, Jennifer 8. Lee, author of 'The Fortune Cookie Chronicles', expounds on the history of Chinese American food. We are given the origins of chop suey, fortune cookies, and general Tso's (Cao's) chicken.
